ABC10 – We spoke to an expert about the top three ways to know when it’s time to replace the plumbing in your home.
- You’ve had to call repeatedly for rooter service. If you are having to repeatedly call a rooter service to your home or business, what that tells us is that there is a correctable problem within the sewer line that rootering isn’t going to take care of on it’s own.
- You have drains that run slow or have had sewage backups. This is one of the most unmistakable signs of a sewer problem that homeowners and business owners typically face. Without a repair, the problem will typically get worse – leading to repeat rooter calls and ongoing expenses.
- Ongoing “sewer stench” or foul odors. Blockages and partial blockages can cause sewer gasses to back up into the home. This will cause an ongoing smell and is one of the earliest indicators that there is a problem with the line.
If you are having any of these warning signs at your home or business, the best thing to do is to call for a free video inspection.
