"Frequent back-ups in our sewer and drain system were the first sign that
we had a major problem at our facility. We called The Trenchless Co.,
and they performed a video diagnostic of our facility's entire plumbing
system. It was discovered that our cast iron pipes had deteriorated
throughout the majority of the plumbing system. This was a definite
concern due to the fact that the pipes were running underneath the
slab right through the residents' rooms and through out the rest of the
facilities.
The Trenchless Co. developed a strategic plan, which was
communicated to key maintenance staff. This allowed for the continued
operation of the facility with minimal inconvenience to our residents.

around our hours. They were very friendly and worked well with our
